What happens on the first visit?

All relevant medical details will be taken. Your current symptoms and problem will be noted. Treatment will begin after a detailed explanation of the procedure is given to you.

How long does a treatment take?

Most treatments take from 1 - 1.5 hrs.

What should I wear?

It is best to wear loose casual clothing. There is no need to undress.

How much does it cost?

As of 1.01.11 the price for a treatment is $50.00 cash payment. Mobile treatments to be discussed at time of booking. At present RoTai is not refundable through health funds.

Where are we located?

The AcuHeal clinic is located in the Blue Mountains with a mobile service available in the Sydney City, North Shore and Northern Beaches area.

What qualifications does the practitioner have?

Certificate in RoTai Body Mechanics - Muscle & Sinew & Electronics 1 & 2. Master Distinction Sefu - Teacher. This is required by the IICT association. Insurance is with OAMPS.

Does it hurt?

Like any injury, there is a degree of pain. Pain is an essential body message, without it you might not be aware of an injury until you further damage it. In treatment you sometimes experience 'pain'. This pain is of value because you become aware of where the problem areas are and then with the aid of RoTai treatment you are then able to work with the pain and release it.

What ailments & injuries can RoTai treat?

Most injuries, from chronic aches to sprains & unexplained soreness can be treated with RoTai. Low energy levels respond well to RoTai. Jaw disorders like TMJ and common headaches all have great success with RoTai. Even if there is no pain or complaint, RoTai can still be of benefit to keep you aligned and feeling healthy.

How is RoTai different?

RoTai is different because it is a holistic approach with a practical/tangible treatment method that truly affects all the systems and organs of the body. Because it is non-invasive & drug free it is a popular choice of treatment.

What if I don't believe in holistic/eastern medicine?

It doesn't matter because your body can't help but respond to the treatment as it allows you to operate at your optimum ability.

How soon will I feel the benefits?

Depending on your condition, most people experience immediate relief or benefits.

How many treatments will I need?

Of course everyone is different, but if you have been suffering with a chronic problem for many months or years, then you can usually expect that it will not go away with one treatment. Subsequent treatments reinforce the initial treatment and address any hidden problems. Your body will let you know. Eventually, your body will also let you know when you need a refresher treatment.

Because RoTai is so effective you will decide how many treatments you need.

What are the risks?

As RoTai uses an 'under energy' It is considered to be quite safe and throughout the treatment you are in control. RoTai does not use methods that involve harsh manipulations; it works with your body assisting you to heal yourself.
